Product Usage Scope and Limitations
Military and War-Related Uses Are Strictly Forbidden
- Any military uses: including but not limited to national defense, weapons research and development, weapons assembly, weapons modification, weapons manufacturing, battlefield support, intelligence gathering, etc.
- Any form of war-related behavior: whether directly or indirectly involved in armed conflicts, terrorist activities or paramilitary operations.
- Export, transshipment or provision of technical services to areas subject to the United Nations arms embargo (including areas on the white list).
Note: This clause is subject to the Export Control Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Wassenaar Agreement.
Applicable Population
- CUAV products are only for people who are 18 years old or above.
- Some of CUAV’s products are under special control. Users must bear full legal liability for their actions.
Requirements for Use Compliance
- When purchasing our company’s products, a commitment letter for compliant use must be signed.
- All operations must strictly follow the “Product Safety Manual” and local laws and regulations.
Restrictions on Use Environment
- Do not use in densely populated areas, no-fly zones or around sensitive facilities.
- Operations are prohibited in high-risk scenarios such as severe weather and electromagnetic interference environments.
Compliance Assurance
- The purchaser must ensure compliance with the “Export Control Laws and Regulations”. It refers to, but is not limited to the “Export Control Law” of the People’s Republic of China and its related supporting Regulations, and the Export Administration Regulations of the United States, and the EU Regulation on Dual-Use Items, the Arms Trade Treaty of the United Nations, as well as international conventions, treaties, resolutions, guidelines, domestic legislation and administrative regulations applicable to any country or international organization.
- The purchaser shall not transfer or re-export the products to war zones or countries, entities or individuals subject to United Nations / national trade sanctions.
Consequences of Violation
For any situation that violates this statement, CUAV reserves the right to:
- Stop technical support and service.
- Pursue legal responsibility and claim compensation for losses.
- Report to relevant national regulatory department.
