CUAV 7-Nano Controller Brief:
Nano is developed for miniaturized unmanned system equipment. It is independently developed and produced by CUAV. It innovatively adopts a laminated design and integrates a high-performance STM32H7 processor, dual redundant industrial-grade IMUs, and rich and complete expansion interfaces in a very small space. It supports Ethernet communication interfaces, which can realize the low-latency and large-bandwidth real-time communication between controllers and various components of the unmanned system.

Highly integrated stacked design, exquisite and compact
7-Nano adopts a highly integrated stacked design. It is similar to a coin-sized and weighs only 33.8 grams. The structure is exquisite and compactwhichcan be easily installed into Unmanned Systems. And it has rich functional interfaces, a side outlet, easy installation, and can meet most expansion needs
STM32H753 high-speed processor
Built-in STM32H753 high-speed processor, supports secure boot and secure firmware upgrade services. The 480MHz double-precision floating-point operation unit with 2M Flash memory space, compatible with PX4 and ArduPilot drivers and functions (such as lMU temperature learning, non-GPS navigation, FFT filtering algorithms, and LUA scripts etc.). It provides ample space and new impetus for subsequent development.
Dual industrial-grade IMUs redundant design
It adopts a dual industrial-grade lMU combined redundancy design to support failover, effectively improving the reliability and fault tolerance of the equipment, making the operation more stable and ensuring safety.
100M Ethernet interface to empower AI
Integrated Ethernet PHY interface supports Ethernet to extend onboard computers, optical pods, data links, etc. It can provide high real-time and large-bandwidth communication guarantee for intelligent AI applications as Unmanned Systems swarm operations, visual navigation, and tracking.
Flexible switching, excellent anti-interference ability
It supports switching 5V/3.3V PWM output by software. The 3.3V PWM has better peripheral adaptability. The 5V PWM can effectively reduce signal distortion and attenuation problems caused by line loss and interference.
7-Nano PDB, supports 70V inputvoltage and 60A current
7-Nano Optional PDB: The PDB integrates voltage, current sensing, and power distribution functions. Supports 70V voltage (3~16S)input and 60A current detection, and six groups of power distribution functions. The factory will be pre-calibrated, and users can obtain better voltage and current detection accuracy without performing calibration operations.
Support ArduPilot and PX4 firmware
It is compatible with ArduPilot and PX4 firmware. It supports a variety of UAV systems such as multi-rotor, fixed-wing, vertical take-off and landing, unmanned vehicles, unmanned ships (underwater vehicles), etc.
