CUAV V5+ Controller Brief:
V5+ is a premium controller designed by the CUAV and PX4 teams and manufactured by CUAV. Based on the Pixhawk FMU v5 design standard, perfectly compatible with PX4 and ArduPilot firmware. Its modular design allows users to customize the baseboard.

CUAV V5+ Controller Description:
New Hardware Design based on FMUv5
V5+ is a high-performance controller based on the Pixhawk FMUv5 reference design. With a more advanced processor, larger FLASH and RAM, and more reliable sensors, the autopilot is suitable for commercial systems integration and academic research uses.
Detachable CORE Design
V5+ uses a modular form factor. Ships with a “core” module and baseboard, and can be installed directly into your projects, or deeply integrated into your setup via a customized carrier board.
Note: CUAV provides an open carrier board reference design that allows the user to design the carrier board or contact the sales consultation to customize the details.
Built-in Patented Damping System
The sensors and the main board are separated and designed with a built-in high-performance shock absorption system to adapt to various severe environmental conditions. The applicability is stronger.
Full adherence to PX4 official standards
CUAV is a silver member of Dronecode and committed to promoting the PX4 open source project. The V5+ interfaces are designed according to official PX4 standards to ensure compatibility and interoperability with hardware and software products in the PX4 ecosystem.
Multi-sensor redundancy combination
Built with five sets of sensors, the controller monitors the multi-channel sensor data in real time and performs redundant switching immediately in the event of a fault, improving safety and stability.
Faster F765 processor
V5+ selects the STM32F765 processor with better performance. Its frequency is up to 216MHz, and it contains 2MB FLASH/512K RAM. The clock speed is higher, the RAM is larger, and the speed will be greatly improved.
Support RTK centimeter positioning
V5+ supports RTK positioning, a module for precise centimeter positioning to meet your higher positioning requirements.
